The 5.5" to 7" timepiece pillow is compatible with our Triple Watch Roll with a circumference of 7 inches and maximum compression to 5.5 inches to accomodate smaller of wrist and timepiece sizes.
For reference, our standard timepiece pillows that ship with the Triple Watch Roll have a circumference or 7.5 inches with a maximum compression to 6 inches to accomodate a large variation of wrist and timepiece sizes.  
The Cream colored ultrasuede lining is compatible with our Swiss Green, Navy Blue (Non-Cross Stitch), and Rosso Red Watch Roll variations. 
NOTE: Use of more than 1 smaller timepiece pillow will change the structure of the Watch Roll and is not recommended.
